Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and solutions within Workday, leveraging advanced tools such as Workday Studio and Cloud Connect. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting enterprise systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and driving technical innovation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder.
Create, test, deploy, and enhance solutions within Workday Extend to meet organizational needs.
Automate data processes, including import/export tasks and user account modifications, for enterprise asset management systems.
Update and modify Appian applications by adding features, creating workflows, and enhancing user interfaces.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for both new and existing integrations.
Adhere to established standards and procedures during development, testing, and deployment phases.
Monitor system integrations for errors, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct routine testing of integrations in preparation for biannual Workday releases.
Mentor and support other developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing with attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with department management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Integration development.
Proficiency in tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Extend.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Experience working with web services, APIs, XML, JSON, and REST protocols.
Familiarity with Appian software and advanced programming models is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts across functional and technical teams.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote sites as needed.
