Job Summary:

We''re looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will lead functional design, configuration, and delivery across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and related modules while managing stakeholder expectations and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementations across full lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, support
Own functional architecture for modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses
Gather business requirements, run fit-gap analysis, and design to-be processes
Configure Fusion applications, manage setups, approval workflows, and security roles
Lead data migration strategy for master data and transactions using FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs
Design and deliver OTBI/BIP reports, Smart View templates, and Financial Reporting Studio reports
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and customizations
Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities
Provide guidance on period close, reconciliation, and audit processes
Mentor functional consultants and serve as SME for finance processes
Drive adoption of Oracle best practices and quarterly update impacts

Required Skills:

8+ years of Oracle EBS or Fusion experience with 4+ years in Fusion Cloud Financials
Strong expertise in:Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, Intercompany

End-to-end implementation experience - minimum 2 full cycle projects
Data migration tools: FBDI, ADFdi, HCM Data Loader concepts
Reporting: OTBI, BIP, FRS, Smart View
Workflow and approval configuration, security console

Deep understanding of accounting concepts, P2P, O2C, R2R cycles
Experience with integrations to banks, tax engines, and third-party systems
Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, and documentation skills
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
