As a UX Designer V focused on Shipping, you'll craft elegant and simple customer experiences that solve complex customer problems at a global scale. We're seeking a designer equally strong across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Your responsibility in this role is to craft elegant and simple interfaces that solve complex interaction problems. You'll be part of a highly collaborative and supportive user experience team who work across global buyer and seller experience focused products. An understanding of how to operate as a designer in a fast paced, regionally distributed, highly cross-functional environment is critical for success in this role.

What you will accomplish:
- Create outstanding, user-centered designs incorporating business requirements, product requirements, customer research insights, and your design intuition
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
- Leverage existing design system into your solutions while also being able to thoughtfully contribute new additions to it
- Participate in user research, testing, and product discovery
- Work with product managers and cross functional partners to influence product strategy and create beautiful, scalable framework design solutions that delight our customers
- Drive product discovery through workshops and design sprint facilitation

What you will bring:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design
- Nice to have: BS Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent
- Ability to prepare effective presentations, present multiple design directions and tradeoffs, with content appropriately tailored to the audience
- Expert level skills in design and prototyping with Figma
- Expert level skills designing across multiple devices across mobile and desktop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
