Summary

{"description": " About the Role:

You will build a two-way intelligence pipeline that bridges core DAS product leadership and customer-facing teams. You will use AI with several tools, including AWS, Power Automate, and custom LLMs to accelerate the ingestion of customer feedback and scale support capabilities. You will propose solutions that address critical firm requests. You will also oversee the safe enablement of AI workflows across the DAS ecosystem. The goal is to progressively increase our operating leverage and speed of execution as firm adoption scales, keeping human experts in the loop while removing manual data processing bottlenecks. You will report to the Senior Director, DAS Suite Project and Technology Delivery - Public Accounting and work on a hybrid in-office / remote, or 100% remote, basis.

You Will:
  • Manage Upstream Intelligence Ingestion by finalizing and managing pipelines which ingest, parse, and structure implementation transcripts, support emails, and direct feedback from targeted mid-market firms. This process accelerates the delivery of structured intelligence to Product and Methodology leadership.
  • Manage Mid-Stream Support Deflection and Acceleration which formalizes and manages an AI ingestion pipeline using AWS/SharePoint. This pipeline intercepts incoming queries from customer-facing teams, runs them against dynamic product notebooks, and surfaces relevant draft guidance.
  • Build Downstream Workflow Automation pipelines that ingest raw product development updates and methodology decisions. You will use AI to propose solutions that address critical firm requests and deal-breakers. You will draft dynamic release notes for faster human (SME) approval.
  • Be the internal AI enablement partner, helping DAS teams safely adopt AI by prototyping AI-assisted workflows and translating operational pain points into practical acceleration experiments.
  • Build intelligence pipelines natively within the Microsoft shared enterprise infrastructure (Power Automate, SharePoint) to ensure seamless integration between the Google-based DAS platform and the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • Develop Suite-Wide Intelligence Routing that captures and routes implementation feedback across the entire suite of products. This suite includes DAS, Single Audit, State & Local Government, PCR, and EBP.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in audit practice, audit technology implementation, or technical program management.
  • Experience independently prototyping and deploying AI-assisted workflows or data automation pipelines.
  • Experience working within global Enterprise environments
