ADP/Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Project Manager

Skills Required: 1. Project & Delivery Management skills
2. Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
3. Familiarity/Experience working with ADP Celergo and/or ADP GlobalView payroll system and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud
4. Have related payroll implementation experience

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
The Staff Technical Project Manager will lead delivery oversight for a global payroll transformation initiative, ensuring successful integration of ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, activation of Time and Labor and Absence Management modules, and retirement of legacy HCM systems. This role is critical for driving cross-workstream alignment, Agile discipline, and global consistency across multiple geographies. Delivery & Project Management
Planning, Schedule, Quality & Communication Management
Collaborate with stakeholders and plan & implement different phases of the project
Manage project execution through different phases of the SDLC
Implement & transition to operations
Lead the global payroll transformation initiative, ensuring successful integration of ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Lead activation of Time and Labor and Absence Management modules, and retirement of legacy HCM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and challenges. Additional Information:
