Job DescriptionAs a Field Support Analyst, you will provide technical support and solutions to internal users within a Digital & Technology support function. This is a highly visible, front-facing role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support executive-level stakeholders.
What You'll Do:- Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues
- Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems
- Support Microsoft Office Suite and backend Office environments
- Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
- Maintain office technology and remote management tools
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 enterprise support
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and hardware
- Follow standardized procedures to meet service objectives and deadlines

- Strong understanding of IT support processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets effectively
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
