Job Description:
  • The Co-pilot Developer is responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
  • This role focuses on building intelligent applications, integrating AI capabilities, and developing automation solutions that improve productivity and support business transformation.
  • The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing scalable applications, and ensuring solutions meet governance, compliance, and performance standards.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Hands-on experience customizing customer relationship management entities, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform.
  • Strong experience building user-friendly and functional Power Platform Canvas applications.
  • Proficiency in Power BI including data modeling, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging applications.
  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud services including identity and analytics platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
  • Experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications using Copilot technologies.
  • Experience developing automation solutions and intelligent workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.
  • Build applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into applications to support automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation for applications, workflows, and development processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor application performance and gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Develop and validate pilot Microsoft 365 agents for use cases such as document search and reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams on architecture, coding standards, and solution design.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in application development.
  • Support training and enablement sessions for internal teams.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI technologies.
  • Ensure all solutions align with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence Toolkit management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of AI governance practices in enterprise environments.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and process management experience.

Qualification And Education:
