Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR practices
- Experience with employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Performance management and employee development
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial-sector experience preferred
- CHRP/CPHR certification is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Work Site: Kelowna, BC
Duration: Fulltime
