RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Developer III Senior in Quincy, MA.

Overview:
The client is in need of a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to support a strategic cybersecurity initiative focused on integrating a vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and validating an automated solution that manages the full lifecycle of vulnerability remediation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure that identified vulnerabilities are seamlessly translated into actionable, trackable ServiceNow tickets-driving improved remediation outcomes, SLA adherence, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ServiceNow integrations to automate vulnerability remediation workflows
* Configure and manage ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response capabilities
* Ensure vulnerabilities detected by scanning tools are converted into actionable ServiceNow records
* Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows to support remediation, tracking, and reporting
* Partner with cybersecurity and IT operations teams to align technical solutions with business needs
* Validate integration functionality and support testing efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Support reporting and SLA tracking for vulnerability remediation activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience (minimum 5+ years) in ServiceNow-focused roles
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
* Proven experience designing and managing ServiceNow workflows
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Background in vulnerability management or cybersecurity operations
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) - a plus, but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
