Rate                                        : $64/hr on W2

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+

Job Description:

Looking for a QA Automation Lead with strong experience in Python, Playwright, and Pytest to develop and maintain automation frameworks and lead QA automation activities.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain UI and end-to-end automation frameworks.

·         Perform regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and performance testing.

·         Integrate automated test scripts with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

·         Perform API testing, database validation, and test data management.

·         Manage cross-browser testing, parallel execution, reporting, and debugging.

·         Define automation standards, quality gates, and test coverage.

·         Lead QA teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

·         Explore AI/GenAI-based test automation and failure analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

·         Python & Playwright

·         Pytest & Automation Framework Development

·         Jenkins CI/CD

·         API Testing & Database Validation

·         Cross-Browser & Parallel Testing

·         QA Team Leadership & Code Reviews
