Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, Playwright, Pytest, and UI/E2E test automation.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience integrating automated tests with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in API testing, database validation, and test data management.
  • Expertise in cross-browser testing, parallel execution, reporting, tracing, and flaky-test stabilization.
  • Experience defining automation strategies, quality gates, and test coverage.
  • Experience leading QA teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring automation engineers.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled QA automation is preferred.
