Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Playwright Tester with Python expertise to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation, functional testing, Python scripting, API testing, and automation framework development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Python.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for web application testing.
• Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Develop and execute API tests for REST services and validate JSON responses.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Analyze test results and improve automation coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python.
• Experience in web application test automation and functional testing.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, debugging, and automation framework development.
• Knowledge of API testing, REST services, and JSON.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
