Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in New Britain, CT that is seeking a Fleet Administrator.

Duties:
* Leads internal and external stakeholders with execution of the Fleet Management program within the assigned area of responsibility
* Investigates issues and leads problem resolution activity to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
* Expected to participate as a team member on various Fleet Management projects and will occasionally lead projects independently
* Maintains required performance metrics and periodic reports as necessary
* Conducts analysis within the assigned area of responsibility to evaluate Fleet Management program effectiveness and leads projects for continuous improvement
* Leads budget planning, tracking, research and analysis within the assigned area of responsibility
* Responsible for executing the program within budget parameters
* Leads deployment and training for new or updated Fleet Management programs within the assigned area of responsibility
* Execute the fleet management strategy for North America in support of business and operational goals
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's fleet, including vehicle acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, fuel programs, and disposal
* Manage fleet lifecycle planning to ensure timely replacement, cost efficiency, and operational reliability
* Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local transportation, safety, licensing, and environmental regulations
* Partner with Legal, HR, Procurement, EHS, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain effective fleet policies and procedures
* Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding fleet performance, risks, savings opportunities, and strategic improvements
* Lead or support fleet-related system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
* 0-3+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or a related discipline
* Experience managing a multi-site or regional fleet program across the United States and Canada preferred
* Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and transportation compliance requirements preferred
* Experience working with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, fuel card programs, and data reporting tools

Able to perform the following:
* Monitor fuel and report on usage
* Report on maintenance delays and communicate to management
* Analysis of statistics and measures taken by local insurance companies
* Communication on problems due to negligence
* Fines management: reminders and follow-up, supervisor involvement)
* Reporting, making sure data is correct and reliable
* Management of fleet data (vehicle categories, driver numbers, etc.) and enter them into tool to be validated

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
