Position: Application Systems Analyst (Mandarin-speaking)
Location: 100% onsite in Chino, CA
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: $85,000 to 100,000 (depending on level of experience)

We're partnered with a client who is seeking a MANDARIN-SPEAKING Application Systems Analyst to support and optimize business-critical applications that drive day-to-day operations. This role serves as a key liaison between end users, IT teams, and developers, ensuring system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience. Mandarin fluency is required.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and business systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Investigate recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Partner with development and IT teams to support releases, testing, and system enhancements
- Manage application configurations, updates, and deployments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user support materials
- Train and support end users while translating technical concepts into clear guidance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems support, or a related role
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, integrations, and log analysis
- Background supporting ERP, CRM, WMS, or other enterprise applications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
- Understanding of SDLC and release management processes
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
