Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager (Salesforce) in Ramsey, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables stay on track and within scope
* Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum processes across development teams
* Manage project workstreams using Jira and support change management efforts through Adcar
* Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and progress
* Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and executives
* Run meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
* Identify risks, connect dependencies, and help drive solutions to keep projects moving forward
* Support multiple initiatives simultaneously-may shift between projects based on business priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-5 years of Project Management experience (Agile preferred)
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and development environments
* Experience using Jira for tracking and project visibility
* Experience working within a Salesforce environment (Salesforce exposure is required)
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to and interacting with executive stakeholders
* Ability to connect the dots, think critically, and understand broader project impacts
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:
* Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Solid PM foundation with hands-on experience (not overly senior)
* Coachable and adaptable-experienced but still moldable
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between projects as needed
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
* Confident in a client-facing, highly communicative role

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
