We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who is passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and solving complex challenges. In this role, you will partner closely with production teams to drive transformative initiatives, including new product introductions, technology transfers, lean manufacturing programs, process optimization, and production flow improvements. Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Assume overall responsibility of product manufacturing in production including process changes, technology platforms, product developments, and new product launches

  • Support daily business fulfillment through reviewing technically special products, manufacturability, and direct production support

  • Prepare and maintain data records for new or existing products such as cycle times, routings, and BOM

  • Deliver continuous improvements via capital investments, efficiency gains and through reductions in waste

  • Establish and maintain operating policies, procedures, and practices for assigned manufacturing area

  • Responsible for maintaining global engineering change databases for material and production changes

  • Develop and maintain ISO procedures and documents that apply to position

  • Support and develop production training guides for production processes
