About the RoleWe are seeking a GenAI Data Scientist to support enterprise AI initiatives through advanced analytics, model evaluation, experimentation, and data-driven insights. In this role, you will work with large-scale, complex datasets to inform GenAI model development and ensure high-quality, responsible AI outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and systems architecture teams on high-impact initiatives.
This assignment may also involve consulting on complex, large-scale systems architecture challenges that require evaluating multifaceted technical factors and aligning with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Data Science- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and performance drivers.
- Support development, evaluation, and tuning of GenAI and LLM-based models.
- Design, implement, and assess experiments to analyze model behavior and outcomes.
- Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, fairness, and business impact.
- Produce clear analytical outputs, visualizations, and insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Systems Architecture & Strategic Consulting- Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of complex or large-scale systems.
- Evaluate long-term technical challenges involving multiple or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to resolutions involving multi-faceted technical and compliance considerations.
- Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and outcomes.
Key Deliverables- Analytical findings and insight reports

- Dashboards, visualizations, and BI reporting
- Recommendations to improve model quality and business value
Required Technical Skills- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies
- Strong Python skills (data analysis, ML/AI libraries)
- Proficiency with SQL and large-scale data manipulation
- Experience with model evaluation, experimentation, and advanced analytics
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools
