Overview
We are seeking a Web Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and security. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
Work Environment
- Onsite role: minimum 4 days per week in the office
- Option to work 1 day remotely, if desired
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web application software with an emphasis on performance and user experience
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, SMEs, and field users to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure application reliability
- Create, modify, and interact with data sources
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and support of applications in production environments
- Implement and follow security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience preferred (minimum of 1 year relevant experience required; co-op or internship experience accepted if applicable)
- Portfolio of relevant work is a plus
