Position: Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst (Pega CDH)
Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension
Experience Required: 5–10 years
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Winchester or Pensacola, USA
Pay
- W2: $58/hour (+ 56 hours PTO)
- C2C: $65/hour
What the Role Is About
The job focuses on personalized marketing campaigns using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Your main goal will be to implement Next Best Interaction (NBI) strategies — meaning the system decides the best message, offer, or communication to send to a customer based on their behavior.
Example:
- If a member frequently travels → show a travel credit card offer
- If a member shows savings behavior → send a savings product recommendation
Key Responsibilities
You will:
1️⃣ Build and Launch Personalized Campaigns
- Configure campaigns in Pega CDH
- Define:
- audience targeting
- eligibility rules
- contact policies
- treatments (messages/offers)
2️⃣ Convert Campaigns to Omnichannel
Ensure campaigns work across channels:
- Email
- Mobile
- Website
- Push notifications
- Call center
3️⃣ Define Decision Logic
Create rules such as:
- Who should receive the message
- How often
- Priority between campaigns
- Suppression rules
4️⃣ Work With Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with:
- Designers
- Writers
- Analytics teams
- Data/Technology teams
5️⃣ Validate Campaign Performance
Use:
- SQL
- simulations
- post-launch monitoring
6️⃣ Optimize Campaigns
Improve results by adjusting:
- audience segments
- messaging
- prioritization
- test variants
