Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments (Accounts Payable)
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable)
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial reports as needed
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, etc.)
Strong Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
