Oracle Fusion CDM Functional Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion CDM Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Customer Data Management solutions. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to establish a trusted, single view of the customer across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (CX, Order Management, Receivables, and Financials) and external systems. The role calls for hands-on expertise, client-facing leadership, and the ability to guide solution architecture and mentor junior consultants.
Experience: 10-15 years total, with at least 4-5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Skill Expectation:
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion CDM implementations and enhancements.
Configure Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management, including the Trading Community Model (TCM): parties, accounts, contacts, sites, relationships, and hierarchies.
Design and implement customer data governance, covering data quality rules, duplicate identification, matching and merge, and enrichment.
Configure the Customer Data Hub, including data quality (cleansing, standardization, and address verification), duplicate resolution, and batch and real-time deduplication.
Define and manage customer onboarding and data stewardship processes, including approval workflows and data validation.
Plan and execute data migration using FBDI, File-Based Data Import, and REST/SOAP services, including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Design integrations between Fusion CDM and upstream and downstream systems (CRM, ERP, SCM, legacy applications) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, and event-driven patterns.
Configure customer account structures and their downstream impact on Order-to-Cash, Receivables.
Set up and manage security and access: roles, privileges, and data security policies for customer data.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training material.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, and resolve functional issues.
Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud release updates: impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features.
Work in global delivery model working with extended offshore team. Mentor junior consultants at offshore and contribute to best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets.
