Job Title: SAP EDI WMS Integration Architect

Location- Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP EDI WMS Integration Architect to design and manage integrations between SAP systems, EDI platforms, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role involves defining integration architecture, ensuring seamless data exchange across supply chain systems, and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between SAP (ECC/S4HANA), EDI systems, and WMS platforms.

• Define integration architecture, data flows, and interface standards.

• Lead EDI onboarding for trading partners including mapping, testing, and validation.

• Work with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

• Integrate SAP modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM) with external WMS and third-party logistics systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain and warehouse requirements.

• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and high-performance integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across SAP, EDI, and WMS systems.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with data security and industry standards.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and integration teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in SAP integration and architecture.

• Strong expertise in SAP EDI, IDocs, ALE, and middleware tools.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP EWM/WM.

• Hands-on experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

• Experience with integration platforms (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and data mapping.

• Knowledge of trading partner onboarding and EDI lifecycle management.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications (Integration, EWM, or S/4HANA).

• Experience with 3PL integrations and logistics platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud integration (SAP BTP Integration Suite).

• Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring solutions.

• Exposure to DevOps practices in integration environments.
