Job Title: TRIRIGA Techno-Functional Consultant (TRIRIGA → MREF Migration)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and hands-on experience in migrating solutions to IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) within IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather and analyze business requirements for real estate and facilities management solutions.
· Configure and customize TRIRIGA modules (Lease, Space, Facilities, Capital Projects).
· Develop and modify TRIRIGA workflows, forms, and business objects.
· Support TRIRIGA → MREF migration including configuration validation and integration updates.
· Work with infrastructure teams for MAS deployment and environment setup.
· Support integration with enterprise systems using APIs.
Required Skills:
· 6+ years hands-on experience with TRIRIGA platform.
· Experience with TRIRIGA Application Platform (Workflows, Forms, Data Model).
· Experience with TRIRIGA → MREF migration or MAS environment.
· Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integrations.
Preferred:
· Experience with OpenShift / container platforms.
· Exposure to MAS architecture.
