Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices and REST API development, combined with practical experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into software applications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with modern cloud-native development, event-driven architecture, AI-assisted engineering and production troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Design, develop and integrate REST APIs.
Create and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
Work with API Management platforms such as Apigee.
Develop event-driven applications using Kafka.
Build and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing using JUnit.
Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.
Implement application observability through logging, metrics and distributed tracing.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA.
Integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
Work with RAG, vector databases and AI APIs/SDKs.
Use Kiro, Claude or similar AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development.
Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security and maintainability.

Required Skills

5–8+ years of software development experience.
Strong Java experience.
Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
Microservices architecture.
REST API development.
OpenAPI/Swagger.
Apigee or equivalent API Management platform.
Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD.
Kafka / event-driven messaging.
JUnit unit and integration testing.
Code review and software quality practices.
Observability:

- Distributed tracing

AI Skills

GenAI / LLM integration.
RAG concepts and implementation.
Vector databases.
LLM APIs/SDKs.
AI guardrails.
