Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing projects exceeding
• $3M budget while also playing a hands-on role as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver end-to-end projects with budgets of $3M+, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget adherence.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and risk/issue management.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager handling multi-million-dollar ($3M+) projects.
• Strong background as a Scrum Master in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.
