Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline.
Eight or more years of application development experience.
Five or more years of experience developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Advanced experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex workflows, integrations, customizations, plugins, components, and APIs.
Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Fx, FetchXML, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft development tools, as applicable to the solution.
Experience with SharePoint Framework or comparable Microsoft 365 custom-development technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise integrations and documenting data flows, interfaces, dependencies, and security controls.
Experience with source control, controlled deployments, release management, automated build processes, and application lifecycle management.
Experience performing defect correction, production troubleshooting, testing, and release stabilization.
Knowledge of secure development, role-based access, data protection, accessibility, and change-control practices.
Mandatory Certification Coverage
The proposed individual must hold:
One current Microsoft certification covering Dynamics 365 or Power Platform development.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Microsoft certifications in Power Platform solution architecture, functional consulting, Azure development, or security.
Experience supporting federal agencies or similarly regulated organizations.
Experience developing solutions involving controlled unclassified information.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform pipelines, solution packaging, managed solutions, and environment strategies.
Experience with OAI-PMH, RESTful APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or comparable integration technologies.
Experience implementing Section 508-compliant applications and documents.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, or other approved Microsoft AI capabilities.
