Role: Health Coach Annotator
Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Certified Health & Wellness Coach Professionals to help evaluate and enhance large language model (LLM) outputs related to health coaching, behavior change, and wellness. You’ll assess AI-generated coaching conversations for accuracy, safety, empathy, and effectiveness — contributing to the development of responsible AI that supports evidence-based health coaching. Selected talents will evaluate and label coaching-style conversations, recommendations, or plans to ensure AI-generated health guidance is accurate, safe, empathetic, and aligned with best coaching practices.

Requirements:

• Background in health coaching, behavior change, public health, nursing, or related field.

• Understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior change principles.

• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment on health-related content.

• Ability to apply structured rubrics consistently.

• Ideal to have a MacBook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Health Coach (e.g., NBHWC) or similar credential.

• Experience evaluating conversational AI or chatbot outputs.

• Background in motivational interviewing or related counseling techniques.

• Primary: National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) / NBHWC Board Certification Preferred [US-Based] or International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential (PCC, MCC) [Outside US]

• Experience:

• Provided personalized coaching to 100+ clients, guiding them through behavior change using motivational interviewing and evidence-based strategies.

• Developed individualized wellness plans, meticulously tracking progress and adjusting interventions based on client data and feedback.

• Utilized digital health platforms and wearable technology for client communication, progress monitoring, and resource sharing, demonstrating proficiency with health tech tools.

• Maintained comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to privacy protocols.

• Contributed to the development and review of internal health education materials, requiring precise language and adherence to content guidelines.
