Summary

Required Qualifications

18+ years of total experience in QE/QA/Software Engineering with progressive leadership roles.
10+ years of direct people‑management experience leading multi‑layered technical organizations.
Proven experience building and scaling QA organizations in enterprise environments.
Strong hands‑on background in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Solid understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Demonstrated success designing and executing enterprise test strategies.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud‑based testing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
Familiarity with API testing frameworks (Postman, REST Assured).
Experience in large‑scale SaaS or enterprise platform environments.
