Job Title: Backend Developer - Java or .NET

Location: Dallas, TX, onsite interview required

Type: W2

Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in either Java or .NET to design, build, and support secure, scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to API development, backend architecture, performance optimization, and production support in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Build secure and scalable applications using Java or .NET technologies.
Work with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features on time.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and production issue resolution.
Follow secure coding practices and help improve system resilience.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in either Java or C#.
Experience with Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
Solid knowledge of SQL and database interaction.
Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Good understanding of design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Docker and Kubernetes exposure.
Messaging or event-driven systems such as Kafka.
Experience with caching, logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
Background in API security or secure enterprise software.
