We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud to join a high-impact team working on complex, enterprise-scale systems.
This role requires strong architectural leadership, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to design scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution design for large-scale, distributed systems
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to refine requirements
Collaborate with enterprise and domain architects to align solutions across platforms
Design and document architecture artifacts (diagrams, solution sketches, presentations)
Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Apply and evolve architecture patterns for new and existing solutions
Support Agile delivery teams and participate in key ceremonies
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong architectural/technical experience with ServiceNow
Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (cloud-native and hybrid architectures)
Experience designing REST APIs for scalable integrations
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), including data modeling techniques
Experience designing complex, distributed systems (concurrency, parallelism, race conditions)
Proficiency in modern technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js
Strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture principles
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud, Data Cloud) and contact center technologies
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience with distributed caching solutions
Proven track record working on large, complex enterprise systems
