Overview:
As an Identity Governance Administration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing identity governance frameworks within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining identity management solutions to ensure secure and efficient user access across systems. You will work with advanced tools like Saviynt EIC and SailPoint to streamline identity governance processes, enforce compliance, and manage user lifecycle activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating and maintaining identity directories and LDAP systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with identity and access management while supporting the organization s broader security objectives.
To excel in this position, you will need hands-on experience with Identity Governance Administration (IGA) platforms and a deep understanding of user lifecycle management processes. Familiarity with PKI certificate management will be essential for managing secure communications and authentication protocols. Exposure to tools and processes related to identity directories, LDAP, and identity management frameworks will help you navigate the technical complexities of the role. You will also benefit from experience in implementing scalable identity solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A strong foundation in troubleshooting and optimizing identity systems will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Experience
- 5 years relevant experience
