Responsibilities
The PMO Lead will oversee the delivery and governance of enterprise application initiatives for a newly established manufacturing organization undergoing M&A separation from its parent company. This role will lead ERP (NetSuite), e-commerce (Shopify), and mobile application programs, ensuring successful system separation, implementation, and scalability.
The PMO Lead will manage all vendors and stakeholders, establish PMO governance, and drive cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, finance, and e-commerce teams. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, including PMO leadership.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience leading e-commerce (Shopify preferred) and mobile application initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors and complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience supporting M&A, carve-outs, or system separation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, footwear, or consumer goods industries.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup-like environments.
