Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong cybersecurity background to lead and deliver complex security initiatives across enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in managing technical security projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of cybersecurity programs aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with hands-on technical understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, infrastructure security, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and infrastructure security projects
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including security engineers, infrastructure teams, developers, compliance stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Drive implementation of cybersecurity initiatives such as:
  • Security tool deployments
  • IAM / PAM modernization
  • Vulnerability remediation programs
  • Cloud security initiatives
  • SOC / SIEM enhancements
  • Compliance and audit readiness efforts
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications
• Track KPIs, risks, blockers, and project health metrics
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks and governance standards
• Facilitate technical and executive-level status reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance security project delivery
• Ensure timely and successful project execution across distributed teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience
• 4+ years managing cybersecurity or information security projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Network security
  • Cloud security
  • IAM / PAM
  • Vulnerability management
  • Security operations
  • Security controls implementation
• Experience managing projects involving:
  • SIEM / SOC tools
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • Cloud security platforms
  • Risk and compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies:
  • Agile / Scrum
  • Waterfall
  • Hybrid delivery models
• Experience with project tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • MS Project
  • Smartsheet
  • ServiceNow
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business language

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification
• Security certifications such as:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks:
