Sr. HRIS Business Analyst – Sunnyvale, CA
This key Business Analyst role will closely collaborate with business stakeholders based in the USA and engineering team offshore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between product requirements and the engineering and testing teams.
Minimum qualifications:
· 8 years of Business Analysis experience;
· Experience in HRIS domain;
· Workday knowledge;
· Strong analytical skills;
· Strong collaboration skills;
· Experience of agile software development methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
· Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
· Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Strong spoken and written communication skills.
What candidate will do
· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the HRIS domain.
· Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
· Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions within the Workday platform.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback on proposed changes.
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, etc.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
