Senior Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain a critical on-prem and hybrid infrastructure environment supporting approximately 850 users. This role is ideal for a well-rounded infrastructure professional who enjoys hands-on work across

- Support and troubleshoot authentication protocols and Certificate Services (internal CA / PKI)
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco route/switch networking in a production environment, including hardware refreshes and cutovers
- Manage and support on-prem infrastructure, including servers, hypervisors, SANs, and supporting systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning servers, networking, and identity, owning incidents end-to-end
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security; implement improvements as needed
- Perform OS, firmware, and security patching across infrastructure platforms
- Work closely with system administrators, application teams, and vendors during investigations and remediation
- Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure planning initiatives
- Serve as a Senior technical resource and mentor to other team members when needed

- Experience with authentication protocols and Certificate Services / PKI
- Production experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Proven background administering on-prem infrastructure environments

Nice to Have- Azure / hybrid identity experience (Entra ID)
- VMware / vCenter and virtualization technologies

- Backup and replication solutions
- Experience in regulated or high-availability environments
Ideal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for a
"jack-of-all-trades" infrastructure professional-someone with solid, hands-on experience across many infrastructure disciplines rather than deep specialization in only one area. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and working close to the technology, this role offers long-term stability and meaningful impact.

- Occasional after-hours or weekend work for maintenance or incidents (scheduled and rotated)
