Position: Sr. Workday Core HCM Consultant

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Job Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, including domain security, business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access.
• Experience with segment-based security and intersection security.
• Ability to create calculated fields and develop advanced Workday reports, including complex and matrix reports.
• Strong understanding of how Core HCM configuration integrates with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these modules is not required.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
