IAM Engineer/Identity and Access Management Engineer-Hybrid-Multiple Locations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise identity services and security engineering. The candidate will support engineering, configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and enhancements across enterprise IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, support, and enhance enterprise IAM platforms.

• Manage identity services including Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, and AD FS.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting or programming languages.

• Support identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments.

• Troubleshoot IAM platform issues and implement effective resolutions.

• Support identity infrastructure configuration, maintenance, and operational improvements.

• Apply security engineering principles across identity platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.

• Experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Knowledge of Ping Identity and AD FS.

• Strong PowerShell scripting, automation, and/or programming skills.

• Understanding of encryption and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

• Knowledge of client/server computing and networking.

• Understanding of high-availability concepts.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
