Pay Range: $115/hr - $118/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development
• Design and implement end-to-end workflow and case-management solutions using Pega and/or SS&C Chorus
• Select appropriate platforms and design patterns based on business requirements (rules-driven vs document-centric workflows)
• Design and implement workflow applications that can be presented to portals though API–driven architectures
• Lead technical design for new initiatives and enhancements, including case models, data models, integrations, and UI
• Ensure adherence to workflow best practices, guardrails, performance standards, and security guidelines
• Technical Leadership & Governance
• Conduct detailed code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
• Guide and mentor onshore/offshore service provider teams on development standards and patterns
• Enforce development standards, reusable frameworks, and common components across applications
• Delivery & Deployment
• Own deployment management across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production)
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and environment coordination
• Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases and platform stability
• Issue Resolution
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of application defects, performance issues, and production incidents
• Provide hands-on support for critical issues and work proactively to reduce recurring defects
• Ensure appropriate monitoring, logging, and operational readiness
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and QA teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearly
• Act as a trusted technical partner to business and technology leadership

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Pega Development & Architecture (LSA/CSSA, Constellation UI, DX API)
• SS&C Chorus / Enterprise Workflow & Case Management
• Workflow Design, BPM & Document-Centric Process Automation
• REST/SOAP Integrations, Data Modeling & Rule Design
• CI/CD, Release Management & Production Support Governance
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the workflow platforms such as Pega and SS&C Chorus
• Strong experience with:
• Case management and workflow design
• Data modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP), and rule design
• UI development
• Relevant platform certifications
• Proven experience conducting code reviews, enforcing standards, and ensuring solution quality
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Experience working with system integrators or service providers and guiding distributed teams
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, releases, and deployments
• Pega Constellation UI / DX API–based application design and consumption
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Exposure to document-centric workflows, imaging, and content management systems
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
• Experience with performance tuning, upgrade initiatives, or platform modernization
• Experience operating in dual-platform or hybrid workflow environments
