Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria for HRIS initiatives
* Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, resourcing, budget estimates, and risk assessments
* Support planning for SAP HCM modules such as Workforce Administration, Employee Central, Payroll, Benefits, and Hire-to-Retire processes, as well as SuccessFactors components
* Build and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities across HR, IT, technical integrators, and vendor resources
* Manage workloads and ensure teams have the information and support needed to execute effectively
* Direct day-to-day execution of HRIS and HR technology projects according to approved plans
* Monitor progress, manage dependencies, track milestones, and escalate issues as needed
* Ensure deliverables stay within scope, schedule, budget, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
* Coordinate testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data validation, configuration review, and cutover activities for SAP and SuccessFactors implementations
* Maintain ongoing communication with HR leadership, business units, technical teams, and external partners
* Provide status reports, executive updates, and project documentation
* Manage expectations, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project issues in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise-level HRIS or IT systems projects
* Hands-on background in HRIT or HR business relationship management; experience with SAP HCM modules (Workforce, Employee Central, Payroll, Benefits, Hire-to-Retire) and/or SuccessFactors strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of HR business processes and end-to-end HR lifecycle
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across functional and technical teams
* Familiarity with IT demand management and IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
* Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate work across internal and external teams
