Operations / Data Consultant
Experience: Senior level (8–10+ years)
Role Summary
We are supporting a confidential, global technology
client that operates large‑scale, mission‑critical technical environments. The
client is seeking a Technical Training Operations Consultant to support on‑site
workforce readiness through training data, systems administration, reporting,
and onboarding operations.
This is a hands‑on execution role, not instructional
design. Candidates must be comfortable owning training operations in a fast‑paced,
high‑accountability environment using internally developed learning platforms.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Own site‑level training data, metrics, and readiness reporting
- Maintain qualification dashboards and training “heat maps”
- Serve as on‑site administrator for internal learning systems (LMS‑equivalent)
- Manage training enrollments, rosters, and permissions
- Coordinate rollout of global technical training programs at the
site level
- Partner with SMEs to support ILT (Instructor‑Led Training) and OJT
(On‑the‑Job Training)
- Manage logistics for technical new‑hire onboarding
- Track onboarding timelines and identify blockers to qualification
- Troubleshoot access, scheduling, and training system issues
- Collect learner feedback and submit curriculum or content change
requests
Required Qualifications (Do Not Submit Without These)
- 8-10+ years experience in Training Operations, L&D Operations,
or Training Analytics
- Strong background in training data, reporting, dashboards, and
metrics
- Hands‑on experience administering learning systems or LMS platforms
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, or operational
workforces
- Comfortable working 100% on‑site in a data center or similar
environment
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
Preferred / Value‑Add Experience
- Prior contract or consulting engagements
- Experience in large‑scale, compliance‑driven, or mission‑critical
environments
- Exposure to proprietary or internally built platforms
- Data center, infrastructure, manufacturing, or hardware
environments
Important Notes for our Staffing Partners
- Do NOT position this as instructional design or curriculum
development
- Commercial LMS experience (Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors,
etc.) transfers well
- The client uses custom internal systems; prior experience with
their tools is NOT expected
- Candidates must be comfortable with operational ownership and data
accountability
