Summary

Job Description:
  • seeking a Database Marketing Campaign Analyst contractor to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking.
  • The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, building campaigns using SAS and other tools.
  • The role requires collaboration across various internal and external partners.
  • Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication, and project management skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns start to finish using SAS and/or other tools
  • Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met
  • Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users

Skills needed:
  • SAS and/or SQL, technical aptitude, database marketing/campaign development, attention to detail, communication and collaboration

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • Five plus years' experience of analytics or campaign operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field
  • 5+ years of SAS coding experience
  • 3+ years of Cloud based tool experience (Azure, Python, Synapse, Databricks)
  • Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred
  • Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion
  • Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
