Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables for development partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Own the annual regulatory and compliance calendar to ensure proper documentation and completion of required activities
  • Partner with Product Managers to identify and develop the team's broader product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance and legal to align on requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and proactively resolve delivery risks and blockers through structured ceremonies and escalation paths.
  • Manage prioritization and communication of potential roadblocks
  • Own the team's regulatory mailings processes, with an eye towards automation/digitization of these efforts

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in financial services or investment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work in both a strategic and executional capacity.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with requirements documentation (BRD, FDR, user stories, use cases)
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
  • Experience with digital product development and client experience optimization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success in launching complex digital products requiring cross-functional coordination.
  • Understanding of Schwab's core brokerage and retirement product offerings.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
