Need W2 - Identity DevOps Engineer III for our direct in Denver, CO (Remote)

Clients need a senior-level engineer/architect primarily, but they will need to potentially cover on-call and basic user issues.

 Looking for more of an ‘Identity DevOps Engineer” able to create new Intakes and troubleshoot issues etc.

·       Expert Proficiency in PingFederate

·       Understand legacy Java-based custom adapters using Java/J2EE

·       PingFed Components and flow

·       Complex integrations

·       Custom PCVs, data stores

·       Good proficiency in PingOne

·       PingOne SSO

·       DaVinci

·       PingOne MFA

·       M365 SSO Integration and knowledge of EntraID for SSO integrations

·       Ability to manage on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments

·       Google and IaaC

·       GKE, Terraform, helm charts, Git, Jenkins, containerization

·       Scripting and automation using python, powershell etc.,

·       Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne

·       Independently support and handle production issues

·       Provide Production support on rotational basis

Looking for resources to encompass many different aspects of IAM - specifically around our SSO platform.

Operationally

• Day-to-day Intakes and Incidents
• Certificate Management improvements
• Improve logging, monitoring and potential dashboard
• Expand the PingOne Protect application and work with security to tune triggers and understand threats
• Initiate PingCentral and look to automate and provide customer self-service
• Work with QA team to automate test scripts creation
• User issues with AD, networking, DevOps on user experience issues (lockouts, rogue/phantom errors, and login consistency)
• Incidents and new Intake requests
• MFA setups and reset. Partnering with Service Desk

 Engineering

• Expanding MFA for Applications
• User MFA campaign – enable Resetting password and other capabilities
• Platform upgrade
• Streamline federated trust between Ping and Entra
• Working with International on Enabling SSO on all their apps
• leverage DaVinci to enhance customized flows for self-service MFA/password reset
• Strengthening resiliency and infrastructure.

SKILLS:

• Familiar with the Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) as well as other IAM products would be useful.
• 5-7 years hands on experience
• Familiarity with Oracle Authorization (OIM, OAG) and Entra is a plus
