<>Responsibilities

Plan and engineer innovative system infrastructure solutions that ensure high performance and reliability.
Implement and design complex hardware and software to meet project specifications effectively.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to maintain operational efficiency.
Execute, test, and oversee new server builds across multiple technical layers.
Collaborate with technical experts to ensure task completion and project success.
Manage several server builds simultaneously, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.

<>Skills

Proven experience in building servers from start to finish with a comprehensive understanding of the technical architecture.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at task switching in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to generate clear and concise status updates for a range of audiences.

<>Preferred Skills

Experience with IBM AIM, Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle technologies is advantageous.
Leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team of skilled engineers.
Capability to influence outcomes and drive results through collaboration.
