Summary

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Denver, CO)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Contract Duration: 3–6 Months, followed by Full-Time Conversion

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to provide hands-on configuration, functional support, and troubleshooting across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Employee Central (EC), Onboarding 2.0, and at least one additional SuccessFactors module, along with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including Position Management, foundation objects, and employee hire processes.
  • Support Onboarding 2.0, including document management, digital forms, business rules, and Recruit-to-Hire integration.
  • Manage Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), including Career Site Builder, job distribution, and talent communities.
  • Support Employee Central Benefits, including new hire enrollment, open enrollment, and benefit plan updates.
  • Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), permission groups, and target populations.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, resolve incidents, and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors functional experience.
  • Strong experience with Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Working knowledge of at least one additional module: Recruiting/Recruiting Marketing or EC Benefits.
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security configuration.
  • Strong functional configuration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.

Nice to Have

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Career Site Builder experience.
  • EC Benefits and recruiting analytics experience.
