RSA Archer Administrator (GRC Platform Administrator) - Contract - Remote - $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a RSA Archer Administrator (GRC Platform Administrator) in for a remote opportunity

Role Description

Platform Administration
Manage and maintain the RSA Archer SaaS platform.
Configure applications, questionnaires, data feeds, user access, dashboards, and workflows.
Execute platform upgrades, patches, and release activities.
Application Configuration
Design and implement Archer solutions across key GRC domains, including:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
IT Risk Management
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Policy Management
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Issue Management
Create calculated fields, advanced workflows, and custom dashboards.
Integrate Archer with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, IAM platforms).
Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, normalization, and integrity across all solutions.
Support automated data imports through APIs, data feeds, and system integrations.
Governance & Process Enablement
Translate regulatory, business, and security requirements into scalable Archer workflows.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and change controls.
Operational Support
Troubleshoot platform issues, performance challenges, and integration errors.
Maintain runbooks, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor overall system health and performance metrics.

Skills & Requirements

3-5+ years of experience administering RSA Archer or comparable GRC platforms.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) methodologies.
Experience with workflow configuration, data feeds, and application administration.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and relevant regulatory standards.
SQL experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field-or equivalent experience.
RSA Archer Certified Administrator
CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or related certifications
ITIL Foundation
Strong analytical and problem solving capability
Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
