Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
Seven years of experience in information systems development.
Seven years of experience in using Microsoft Project or similar project management software to track and maintain projects.
Seven years of experience in developing detailed project documentation.
Seven years of experience with change management procedures.
Seven years of experience with information security and risk management standards.
Seven years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
Seven years of experience with agile methods and techniques.
Five years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
Five years of grant development and management.
