Tech Program Manager

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner with leadership to drive strategy and execution across Supply Chain Modernization and Regulatory Automation initiatives. This role focuses on improving parts ordering, catalog modernization, and developing scalable regulatory solutions. The ideal candidate will operate independently, communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership, and drive forward-looking, solution-oriented initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define the technical strategy and roadmap for key initiatives.
• Lead programs focused on supply chain modernization, including parts ordering and catalog improvements.
• Drive the evolution of regulatory support mechanisms into scalable, and potentially commercial, products.
• Serve as the connection between engineering, product, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on goals, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and track progress against key milestones.
• Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, escalating issues that impact timelines, quality, or budget.

Required Qualifications

Education: An Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: 3+ years of work experience in IT and software development is required, with a background as a Technical Program Manager preferred over a Project Manager. Must have experience setting technical direction in partnership with leadership and the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI and working with data from Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and the ability to apply best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Azure in an Azure-first environment.
• A demonstrable AI and automation mindset, with the ability to articulate how AI can improve workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional technology programs involving software, data, and AI components.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A background in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience with parts pricing, vendor comparison, or procurement automation.
• SAFe Agile or similar large-scale agile framework experience.
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications and AI solution delivery.
