Critical Facilities Engineer (Data Center)

Role Overview:
Support operations and projects for a high-performance lab/data center environment.
Ensure uptime, safety, and reliability of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily facility operations (electrical, HVAC, fire, BMS, security)
Oversee vendors, maintenance, and project work
Perform site inspections, troubleshooting, and incident response
Support construction, upgrades, and planning activities
Maintain documentation, reports, and CMMS tracking
Requirements:
4-7 years in data center/critical facility operations
Experience with power systems, cooling, and infrastructure
Strong vendor management & project coordination skills
Ability to work onsite and handle on-call emergencies
Preferred:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Certifications (Uptime Institute, CFM, LEED, etc.)
