Technical Delivery PMO Governance Lead

Location: Doral, Florida (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Technical Delivery PMO Governance Lead is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the Technical Delivery PMO for Global Gaming initiatives. This role leads the design and implementation of PMO standards, processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery. The position involves partnering with Project Managers, Application Owners, and cross-functional teams to enforce governance, enhance transparency, and drive disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and standardize PMO governance frameworks, processes, and approval workflows.
• Design and implement standardized templates for project charters, status reports, and RAID logs.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize project management tools, such as Wrike or Monday.com.
• Create and maintain dashboards, develop automated workflows, and improve reporting processes.
• Perform portfolio analysis to identify key insights, risks, and trends.
• Manage and support new technology initiatives, including projects related to AI.
• Provide governance support and coaching to Project Managers and application teams.
• Act as a liaison with IT and Business PMOs across various functions.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience leading PMO governance or transformation initiatives.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments.
• Experience establishing or significantly enhancing a PMO, including governance, processes, and tools.
• Proven background in a large corporate environment, navigating complex organizational structures.
• A stable work history is required.
• Exposure to AI projects and their application in improving PMO processes is necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday.com, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of project management knowledge areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI is considered a plus.
